While listening to the latest Diary of a CEO podcast featuring Daniel Priestley, we came across an intriguing idea—the 90-day business plan for side hustles.
The premise is simple: when launching a side hustle, give yourself 90 days to develop the idea, determine the execution steps, and take action toward a clear end goal. Priestley shared an example of hosting an event—where you’d need to secure a venue, price tickets, market the event, and ultimately run it, all within this short window. Once it’s done, you evaluate the success and decide whether to iterate, scale, or move on.
We find this approach fascinating and will be exploring how to implement it in our own projects. Have you ever tried launching a side hustle within a strict time frame? Let us know your thoughts!
