Current work
At Elantil, I’m leading a data platform rebuild using Kafka, Apache Iceberg, AWS Glue, Athena, and dbt. The focus is a lakehouse that supports the team’s analytical work using open table formats.

Data Migration Framework — GiG
A repeatable process for moving an operator’s players onto a new platform. A representative run migrated 20,000+ records in under 30 minutes, with validation and reconciliation built into the wider migration process.
Broker CRM — GiG
A shared event-enrichment pipeline connecting player activity to downstream CRM consumers across multiple operator clients.
Historical Data Warehouse — SpinCity
Delivered analytical access to 6+ TB of history in under three months. Complex historical queries completed in under 20 minutes, without running them against the operational databases.
Writing and experiments
The Blog contains developed case studies and technical explanations. The Log is where I write about personal projects, creative experiments, and things I’m learning as I make them.
